What do you think we'll end up paying to get Brandon Marshall.

I'd love to see him as a Seahawk but i really hope it doesn't cost us a 1st. #40 and Branch and/or Heater would be better.

I just dont see us giving up a first,..no way,..Clayton was talking about a possible 2nd and 3rd next year type of deal. If that is anywhere near true you make it happen. Either way i just want to know one way or the other if we get this guy. I really want this kid playing with Housh next season. Like Clayton was sayin,...if we can get Marshall through a trade,..Draft Okung and Spiller with our first two picks,...that is a helluva-lot of weapons to go with into next season.

That would be sweet, although i'd rather have Jimmy Clausen and Charlie Brown.

I also would love to see us pick up Marshal but I would never give up a first round pick. we have to many holes that need to be filled. I would be willing to give up next years 2nd, Branch. I think that we could still get Clausen with our 6th and then with the 14th pick we could get Charles brown which should still be there. And then with our 40th pick we pick up Jahvid Best. Which played in a zone scheme with J-force at Cal. I think that he could really be a poor mans CJ Spiller. and then with our 4th rounder we could pick up an interior linemen that Gibbs likes. All in all I think that if we did this we would be crazy set for a very long time on the Offensive side of the ball. I still think we should try and see if we could get Glenn from KC in a trade some how to compliment Mebane. but that is just me wishful thinking.

In terms of talent, Marshall for sure worth 6th overall pick. But I personally rather see our team draft Clausen with that pick instead of giving it up for Marshall. I have a feeling we will get Marshall one way or another, if we do he will automatically become #1 receiver and with Housh as #2 with perhaps Butler as third, we will have a good passing attack. However we for sure need to address our O-line, cuz otherwise we won't get better on offense. O-line can open up a lot of things, better passing game with more time for QB to throw and improved running game with better blocking. As well as upgrading O-line, we need to address a need at DT and DE. Good D-line will make our team that much better, since we already have a great linebacker crew and I'm a big believer in Trufant, I think he will improve his stats next year as long as he stays healthy.

I am actually glad that we didn't get Brandon Marshall because I believe the Dolphins overpaid for him in both the picks they gave up and the money they paid him, just my two cents.

Seriously to anybody that said they wanted Jimmy Clausen you are stupid. I live in So Cal I watched him play through out high school at Oaks Christian High. I actually met him, when i played basketball against there school. He acts as if he is the shit, the only reason he got into Notre Dame, is because his parents publicized him. His teammates at notre dame thought him to be pompous. He is a sub-par QB whom the entire draft class is better than him. I have also seen Charlie Whiteherst, back-up Philip Rivers in San Diego. He in my opinion is a pin-point accurate QB who will be one of the best QBs in the league in a few years.

-aside from that how about Pete and that draft. He built a team that can win now while being a team that will dominate for years to come. And have you seen the rookie-free agents we got. 10 pac-10 players out of the 15 aloud.

104 players at mini-camp. Can somebosy say NFC CHAMPS THIS YEAR!!!
