The Seahawks just got bigger at receiver with the 107th overall pick, selecting Georgia WR Kris Durham.
Another SEC product, Durham adds more size downfield, standing at 6-foot-5, weighing in at 216. He’ll make a nice complement to Mike Williams, if he’s able to earn a roster spot. This also could say something a little alarming about Deon Butler’s recovery from that nasty broken leg he suffered toward the end of last season.
Even stranger is the fact that the Seahawks still haven’t snagged a quarterback yet. We may have an eye on a guy in the later rounds, so keep watching today — there’s tons of deep QB talent in this draft, and Schneider/Carroll obviously haven’t liked a guy enough to grab him yet.
